-Conduct closing consistent with the legal and ethical standards contained in the laws and
rules promulgated by the state in which certified.
-Personally observe the execution of each document provided and notarize each party's
signature on each document containing a notary block.
-Describe the function of each document in the closing package.
-Strictly follow lenders closing instructions provided by the client.
-Promptly deliver all executed documents as instructed by the client.
-Contact the borrower and schedule a closing appointment.
-Verify the identification of the party's signing documents.
