I am fully compliant with all lender and title company requirement for mobile notaries. I complete my full background check and required training annually and carry extensive E/O. I am a preferred notary with many lenders and title companies. Rarely now do I see a lender that I have not worked with in the past. I also do a great deal of ‘step-in-in-office closings’ when Escrow officers are out on vacation, meetings or become ill. I am highly responsive to those requests.
