· Adherence to National Notary Association and American Association of Notaries Code of Conduct.
· Bonded, Insured and Nationally background screened.
· Knowledgeable of Texas Notary Laws, reliable and dependable.
· Always a professional (dressed in professional attire), prepared and timely.
· Consult with client prior to closing with signer/borrower to review closing documents and ensure collaborative team efforts.
· Same day delivery of executed documents to client (for a minimal fee) which avoids delayed delivery through other means (federal express or other carriers).
· Peace of mind knowing I go to your client (the signer/borrower) to professionally execute documents (seventeen-mile radius).
· The signer/borrower is provided the option of printed documents or USB flash drive.
· I take care of paper, printing, ink, USB flash drive (if desired), gas expenses and professionally representing the client while assisting the borrower.
