As a professional mobile notary, my specialty is in providing refreshingly, competent mortgage loan document signing services to the title and mortgage industries. In the past four years, I have successfully completed over 4,000 loan signings and have worked with virtually all lender documents. I am competent with these loan types: Re-fi, Purchase, REO-Short Sale, Builder, Home Equity, Investor, Refi-Reno combo, Reverse and Commercial.

I understand the nature of your business and what it takes to complete the loan signing process in a ‘never let you down’ way. I realize that the service that I provide must be an extension of the exemplary service that you have already provided your client. In each loan signing, I am committed to mirror and reflect that same level of quality service. What I offer… I have a high speed, professional printer for crisp looking documents. I can received and print any size documents. I can also retrieve them from you at your office, if that is your preference. I do both Mobile Loan Signings and In-Your-Office overflow signings.

What makes sets me apart... As a result of having an extensive background in public relations with an international company, you will find that I have very solid rapport building skill-sets. I excel at diffusing and working with challenging situations. I will always contact you if questions arise before or during the loan signing. When finished, you can expect an immediate Confirmation of Completion Email (or text) with any notes of interest about the loan signing. With me, you will always know the status of your loan signings within minutes of finishing. Because providing top-notch customer service is vital to me, I will ‘hand-deliver’ signed documents back to you either the same day if a purchase or very next business day. If you are located outside the greater Houston market, I will send signed documents directly back to you as you have instructed.
