I have been a signing agent since 2002 in California (bay area). I have completed over 1000 signings. Since 2002 I have also been in the real estate business, specializing in residential loans and then moving into commercial loans.
I moved to Texas a year ago and since have become a Texas Notary Public. I've also familiarized myself with Texas loan docs vs California.
I currently stay home with my children, however, when the school year starts, I hope to start up with loan signings.
