I'm a certified TX. NNA and LSS Notary Signing Agent. I'm detailed oriented, organized and meticulous with my work. I call and confirm my appointment time with the borrower(s) and make sure they have their valid IDs and any stipulations. I will travel to my assignments and I'm very flexible with my time. I walk borrowers through all of the important documents, like the closing statement, note, CD and the Deed to help put them at ease and hopefully answer most of the questions they may have. I make sure borrower(s) know what they are signing by guiding them through the loan documents. I ensure that signatures, dates and initials are complete and properly filled out. I double check and even triple check my work. I know who to call if there is a typo on the loan documents. I check in with the client who has given me the signing assignment as soon as I get to the borrower(s) and I inform them when the signing is completed. I return loan documents ASAP as I know the urgency to have them returned.
