Having been on all sides of the transactions; preparer of the documents for the REALTOR and Client to sign, receiver of the Real Estate documents, the REALTOR explaining the documents to the client as well as the person on the Title side, inspector of the documents once signed to ensure the satisfaction of the recording departments with the county as well as the lenders involved. I am fully capable and confident of my skills as a notary.
