I have in depth understanding of the importance of time management, since I have worked in the nursing field for 17 years and have been able to work as a Realtor. I'm very reliable, detailed oriented, professional and have a flexible schedule that accommodates last-minute assignments. I'm able to print or pick up local documents in person and prepare them for clients to sign, date and initial where applicable. Notarizing signatures were needed and will hand-deliver, scan back, or ship via courier, the original documents, to the appropriate company per their instructions. I am able to work around the client’s schedule so they do not have to take time off or additional time off work to complete documents.
