Texas resident since 1979. I am a Certified Mobile Signing Agent with the National Notary Association (NNA) and a member of the NNA, 123Notary, Notary Cafe, SnapDocs, and the American Notary Association. I have over 25 years of Real Estate Investing experience and currently own and manage multiple properties in TX. I have extensive knowledge of loan and mortgage documents, having conducted over 1,000 signings for various Signing, Title, and mortgage companies throughout the U.S. I can provide a wide range of services, including refinances, reverse mortgages, new purchases, cash sales, purchase contracts - annuities, modifications, debt consolidations, affidavits, Wills, Power of Attorneys, hospital signings, and other general notarial acts.

I love children and work a few days a week as a Guest Teacher in Humble ISD. I am very personable and dependable. I will gladly drive to your home or business within my service area, or if you feel more comfortable, we can conduct your signing at a public venue of your choice.
