As a Mobile Notary Service I am available on evenings, weekends, and holidays. I understand the importance of double and triple checking my work to making sure I did not miss a signature, initial, or stamp. However, if there is an error I know the importance of fixing it ASAP. I know that some agents miss the top signature line on the front page of the 1003. I will not!
