I have been a notary for over 35 years. Most of my employment career has been in the legal field. At the present time, I am employed as a legal assistant for an attorney who specializes in criminal law, and also does a lot of real estate. I am very knowledgeable with real estate law since I, along with my siblings and my mother are owners of several apartment complexes. As a legal assistant, I prepare drafts of Deeds of Trust; Real Estate Lien Notes; Quitclaim deeds; Promissory notes, etc.
