I am a bi-lingual, commissioned Texas Notary Public and certified loan signing agent. I became certified through the Loan Signing System and National Notary Association. In addition to my certifications, I am background screened and a retired US Army veteran with 23 years of service. I am organized, detail oriented, and work well under pressure, in addition to being fluent in Spanish.

My areas of concentration include, but are not limited to: HELOCs, Home Equity Loans, Veterans Home Loans, Reverse Mortgages, Debt Settlements, Texas Cash Outs. I maintain a $25,000 E&O insurance policy and a clean background check. Currently, I am active with several platforms such as Signature Closers, The Closing Exchange, Notary Go and Notary Dash. During my tenure, I have completed over 100 closings with an extremely low error rate. In addition, I have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. My goal is to always treat our customers with the utmost respect and complete the closing in timely manner. As a recent retiree from the US Army, I have a flexible schedule and can accommodate last minute assignments.

I am based in Leander, TX and I’m available to perform notary services in the Austin, Texas metropolitan area including cities such as: Austin, Bastrop, Buda, Dripping Springs, Elgin, Taylor, Kyle, Hutto, Manor, Liberty Hill, Georgetown, Brushy Creek, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Cedar Park and Leander. I am also available to provide services in the following counties in Texas: Williamson, Travis, Bell, Coryell, Burnet.
