I am detail oriented and knowledgeable. I can ensure you a thorough inspection of all documents, triple checking that all signatures, initials, and dates are completed and legible. I will pay extra attention to key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003. If there is a blank document in the set, I will walk the borrower through how to fill them out correctly.

On the rare occasion a mistake has been made, I will drop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP.

I will promptly return all documents on time as soon as the signing is complete. To make this return as smooth as possible, I keep FedEx and UPS envelopes on hand and know my local FedEx and UPS drop off times. If scan backs are required, I do keep my scanner with me and I will keep you updated throughout the entire process.
