Docs are scanned at the table before leaving the client with a high end scanner to ensure they are good to go prior to drop if required. I have done over 500 closings. I am FIDELITY APPROVED as a subcontractor. I go above and beyond to make the seller/borrower or any client feel at ease. I have held my commission for 15 years. My system of organization and ability to understand how important it is to represent both the signing agency and escrow sets me apart. I have trained and received certification with LSS and the NNA. I have closed on three homes of my own so I know what borrowers/sellers are looking for during the closing. General notary work or estate planning needs?
