My name is Alfonso (Al) Galafa, I am a retired investigator/adjudicator from the United States Department of State & Department of Justice , with degrees in Real Estate & Marketing, and I have been a notary public (mobile), signing agent for over thirty years. During my career with the Federal Government, I became a certified law enforcement officer and investigator with the Department of Justice and the United States Department of State. Currently, I possess a Public Trust-Top Secret Clearance with the US State Department. While employed with the Veterans Affairs, I became the labor liaison for the public venders and regional notary public for the greater Los Angeles County area. My training at the government and private sector also includes Cultural Diversity, Cultural Sensitivity Training, Equal and Employment Opportunity Training, Document Fraud Training, Sexual Harassment Training and Cross-Cultural Training. Having obtained this training has enabled me to establish relationships with others, become more adaptable, have the ability to innovate and always maintain a professional appearance.

And I am also an efficient bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent interpersonal and intercommunication skills. A Notary Public and Signing Agent you can trust with over 20 years of federal government experience. I just recently joined Snapdocs and my credentials are available to the general public. As a Notary Public, I have notarized over 5000 documents which includes Living Trust Deeds, Refinance, Purchases, Marriage and Debt Settlement’s, United States Federal Documents such as Passport & Resident Alien Applications. In addition, as a Government Notary, I also notarized, Social Security Freedom of Information Requests, Law Enforcement Affidavits and Immigration Proceeding documents. Therefore, I have many years of federal government and private sector experience. In an effort to avoid any errors. I utilize the Loan Signing System which is very effective.

Our goal is to provide the best customer service to every community within the greater Austin, Texas area. In addition, as a signing agent, I have over ten years of experience processing real estate loans. Bilingual Services are provided in (English/Spanish) will also translate documents. I earned a BA in Criminal Justice and Physiology, at the Inter-American University, and recently, I obtained associate degrees in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Information, Human Resources and Real Estate at the College of the Canyons.

I am available to perform notary services in the Austin-Texas area in cities such as Liberty Hill, Georgetown, Brushy Creek, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Cedar Park and Leander, and Tavis, Coryell, Bell & Burnet County. My availability is Monday through Sunday from 24/7 if required-08:00am-10:00pm, including Holidays. Please be advised that I also do visit jails to perform signings, I also conduct, HELOCs, Home Equity Loans, Veterans Home loans, Reverse Mortgages, Commercial (Buyer Only), Debt Settlements and ID Proofing as well. Therefore, I will not accept an assignment from companies involved in unethical behavior or that have bad reviews such as nonpayment for services rendered or unreasonable low fees. In addition, I will request to be removed the moment; I suspect any unethical behavior from the parties involved. I except to be compensated in timely manner and I am reasonable in regard to my fees. I'm candid, honest and sincere in my approach. I will always upload proof of drop off and take a photo of the envelope from FedEx and UPS. Concerning delivery issues with FedEx and UPS, I try my best to make sure from my end, I meet shipping standards. I will not take ownership for delivery issues or packages which have been mishandled. This is why I take pictures of the package to prove that the package was received by either FedEx or UPS. This will place the burden of proof on them not us. For the time being, I am not closing Texas Cash Outs, but will start once again here shortly. Before closing, I will go out of my way to treat the general public with the utmost respect and will provide the best customer service to our clients. I am a high volume closer, therefore I need to have the documents uploaded in timely manner and can't be placed on hold due for an extensive period due to my workload. I would like to request to have correct addresses on the orders to avoid being late to my appointments. There are times that the orders will have incomplete addresses, such as not including a building number or the correct suite number. Also when uploading our clients documents please make sure that the documents are aligned. If the documents to print are letter size, I should not be reducing the documents to a 90% scale to make sure it fits on the page being printed. This becomes an addition cost and its time consuming, and especially when I am on the road. Let’s be mindful, work as a team and be professional interacting with each other.
