Especially when a Signing Agent-Notary Public has made every effort and attempt to accommodate a client and complete the closing, Any offers from companies with bad reviews such as nonpayment for services rendered, unreasonable low fees and with a history of issues will not be taken seriously. I will always upload proof of drop off and take a photo of the envelope from FedEx and UPS. Concerning delivery issues with FedEx and UPS, I try my best to make sure from my end to meet shipping standards. I will not take ownership for delivery issues or packages which have been mishandled. This is why I take pictures of the package to prove that the package was received by either FedEx or UPS. This will place the burden of proof on them not us. I also will wait for instructions prior to dropping off the documents from the title company. In addition the deadline in the Georgetown is 5pm and Cedar Park area is 6pm for next day FedEx packages. And 6pm for next day delivery for UPS packages. For the time being, I am not closing Texas Cash Outs, but will start once again here shortly.
