I am a Texas commissioned Notary specializing in Loan Signings. I am LSS and NNA certified as a Notary Signing Agent. I am also Fidelity approved. I do not choose to do another appointment over making FedEx! I approach every signing as if it is my own.
• I am never late to appointments. I never stack appts too close together. If I take a signing from you, I will make it on time. No excuses and I always factor in traffic times. My priority is the current signing.
• All of the forms will come back completely filled out, whether that be trust certification, or disbursements of proceeds. More importantly I know how they are to be filled out.
• I have a dual-tray printer and I always print docs in legal and letter sized paper.
• I have E & O insurance with BiBert for $1,000,000.00.
• I am not picky about appointment times. 7 AM or 9 PM or even weekends. I'm always available.
• I know who to call if there is a typo on the loan docs. I just don't cross out and initial without authorization.
