I have 38 years experience in mortgage, title and real estate development. I am very familiar with all manner of Residential and Commercial Real Estate Documents, including Purchase Cash Transactions, Seller Packages, Purchase Money Mortgages (1st and 2nd liens), Seller Financing, Rate and Term Refinances, Home Improvement Loans, Cash Out Refinances including Texas Home Equity Loans, HELOCS, Reverse Mortgages (HECM) and Construction Loans (1 and 2 time close).

I take serving my clients very seriously, as well as being their representative to their clients. I always reach out to the signer's as soon after receiving the assignment as possible, print documents in plenty of time to review and ask questions well in advance of the signing appointment. I also take the extra time at the end of each appointment to review every document to ensure nothing is missed. However, being human I can't say I've never missed anything. However I do everything possible to make any corrections or revisions as quickly and smoothly as possible.
