I am fully bilingual (native, no accent) in English and French. I cover mainly Southern Denton and Western Collin counties. For foreign countries that require it, I have an embosser in addition to the usual stamps. I print from a high speed (60PPM) dual tray laser printer and image from a single purpose high speed (35PPM) scanner, meaning your files are always expeditiously handled in the right format. For urgent scanbacks or remote locations I can scan back from my vehicle as well as print. Approved for First American, BancServ & other leading title companies and lenders. IMPORTANT NOTES: I both print and scan back documents at 300DPI unless otherwise requested. I print black & white only but scan back in color unless otherwise requested. I use blue ink for signers and me unless otherwise requested. I use only indelible ink blue ball point pens unless otherwise requested (No gel or felt tip pens). Keep in mind local FedEx cutoff times vary largely based on distance from DFW airport, between 2PM (Sherman/Denison) and 6:30PM in Frisco. Saturday cut-offs are much earlier. Airport runs are $100 additional fee. I drop all files as I go through the day UNLESS asked to hold for approval in the order. THANK YOU!
