I have experience with packages, such as Refinance ( VA, Conventional, Cashout), Annuities, HELOC, Reverse mortgage (application), Seller only, Lender-Buyer (FHA, Conventional, VA), and Buyer Cashout only.

I am on time, detail-oriented, dress professional, and present documents within my notarial scope.

I quality control-check all the documents before I leave signers. I make sure my notarial acts are complete.

I calculate Notice of Right to Cancel dates to assure it reflects 3 business days, and also double check on the (updated) NNA recission calendar.

If anything happened to have gone wrong or is missed, I will communicate effectively to correct it asap as I truly understand it can delay funding.
