I am a Licensed REALTOR® with years of experience including signings of loan applications, affidavits, mortgage refinances, 1st & 2nd Liens, reverse mortgages, both residential and commercial purchases and sales, VA loans and 1031 Exchage documents.

I worked as a litigation paralegal for 10 years before getting into Real Estate where my main focus was Residential, Commercial Real Estate and Business Litigation. As a litigation paralegal I notarized Affidavits, Loan, Wills, Trusts, Commercial and Residential Real Estate Documents.

I have a Masters Degree from Texas State University in Legal Studies with a focus on Legal Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Political Science from Texas Christian University, Paralegal Certificate, Mediation Certificate and multiple Real Estate Designations.
