I thoroughly go over every document to ensure that it is properly filled out, with signatures, dates, and initials. I will ensure the 1003 and Notice of Right to Cancel are filled out properly. And as the signing is over, the documents will be returned on time. I have familiarized myself with the FedEx drop off times and I will keep you informed throughout the process.
