#1. I go over each document twice to ensure that all signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. I then triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly.

#2. The documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete (I know all my local FedEx drop off times) and I will keep you informed throughout the whole process.

#3. If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will make sure to stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP.
