I have built many relationships with title companies due to me being a Licensed Realtor in the state of Louisiana and Texas. I have had my Real Estate License since 2017 closing on average 50-60 homes per year. With that being said, I can say that I am pretty confident in the knowledge and process it takes to close a loan. I recently decided to expand my expertise by getting my NSA certification. Rest assured, I am not only knowledgeable with the closing documents, I will make sure the final documents get back to your company signed properly and quickly.
Please note that I have a high capacity laser printer if documents emailed, am able to receive docs if overnighted, or complete with e-signatures. I also do not mind if I need to come by the office and pick up the closing packet.
