I am a Texas Notary with over 10 years experience in the Real Estate Industry and 10 years experience in Oil and Gas Industry. I am able to determine ownership and any discrepancies in all aspects of land title research. I am able to prepare and file any documents needed for chain of title. I am available 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Saturday. I am able to provide service in Meridian, Waco, Whitney, Hillsboro, Hico, Iredell, Valley Mills, Clifton, Rio Vista, Burleson and Cleburne, Texas (Bosque, Hamilton, Johnson, Mclennan and Hill Counties). I will need 1 1/2 to 2 hours notice for my services for travel and preparation of documents needed for closing.
