I will communicate with borrowers before the appointment and arrive to appointments on time. I will provide the signer(s) with a copy of the documents, scan back as requested, and drop documents on time for next day delivery for all closings finished in a timely manner. I know all my local FedEx and UPS drop off times and I will keep you informed throughout the whole process. I am confident in my ability to walk borrowers through loan documents, making sure they are confident, write legibly, sign and initial where needed. I will ensure that all documents are filled out correctly by completing a quality check prior to ending the appointment. I will not rush or pressure the signers to sign, provide legal advice, or print documents double-sided. I will notarize at the signing.
