My journey as a loan signing agent started around April of 2024. Since then, I have completed fourteen (14) orders. These orders were completed with no issues with the signer nor the clients and I was duly paid the signing fee agreed before the signing with no fee deductions.

Among the completed orders were a loan modification package, a seller package, a buyer package, a partial claim, and a loan refinance package with 129 pages. After completing these signings, I could also complete the requested scanbacks and upload them to the platform before shipping the signed package with the signer(s) ID to the client(s) on time.

It is worth noting that I have never been late to any of my appointments and do not plan to be late in the future. But if for any reason there is any issue with my arrival time, it would be most appropriate and professional that I liaise with the signer and client in a timely manner. Imagine the following review I got from a client for a sellers and buyers packages I completed in June - "Godwin completed a sellers package and literally went thru a Texas hail/tornado storm to do it. He had to pull over to take cover. After all of the weather delays the sellers package was a perfect execution. Working with Godwin was amazing, he was very positive the entire time. He kept in constant contact with the seller and even went to a new location since she changed locations due to the storm. Hands down he will go above and beyond to get the job done." I got this same review for the buyer package since they were both completed on the same day under the same conditions. And this is one of the things that separates me from other signers out there. I might be new, but I will go above and beyond to get the job done

My other qualities are my ability to follow all provided signing instructions to the letter; providing the signer(s) with a copy of the documents; notarizing documents in real-time after witnessing and verifying the signer(s) signature(s) and form of identification(s); as well as refusing to put my interest above the signer(s) and refraining from providing them with any legal advice.

I am NNA certified and ready to work with you - after hours or weekends. I have a dual-tray laser printer. So, I can print you legal and letter documents for the signing.
