As a NSA, my dedicated focus is helping to expedite the closing process while ensuring documents are filed accurately and within compliance of state law, carrying out specific instructions from the Title Company, lender, or signing service, while helping to assemble, notarize, and file their loan documents on an intimate level.
As a Mobile Notary, I provide general notarial duties, with a focus on, but not limited to Powers of Attorney, Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning.
