I triple check my documents at each signing to make sure there's no missing signatures, dates, initials, or stamps. I will correct any errors immediately. I know how to fill out forms, such as the PCOR. I understand the sense of urgency in returning docs back to the office and dropping them before the FEDEX pickup times.

I'm NNA certified, LSS Certified and have 100,000 E&O insurance. I have completed thousands of successful closings. I have experience with all loan types.
