I know the documents, check thoroughly in advance, always confirm appointment with Borrower/client, and persist until the loan is closed--error free. My experience has been in Refinances, Home Equity, HELOC, split signings, FHA, VA, Reverse Mortgage applications and closings, purchases, annuities, and Loan Modifications. I worked part-time from 2014-2019 as an Escrow Officer for Excel Title. I have completed numerous process serving and courier service.
I serve the counties of Montgomery, Grimes, Brazos, Walker, Polk, San Jacinto, Washington, and Trinity. In some cases, I will travel into Harris County for closings. I have access to title a company in Conroe, Bryan/College Station, and Huntsville.
