I always schedule signings with extra time so my clients never feel rushed, and I can offer immediate scanbacks and can wait for Title review when needed. I rely on the main FedEx Ship Center which is open until 7pm and Saturdays until noon or UPS Centers for shipping to ensure everything gets out on time.

My mobile office includes a Samsung Smartphone, Tablet, HP Mobile Laser printer and Epson scanner. I mainly cover Montgomery, Conroe, Willis, The Woodlands, and Magnolia.
For Cash back Refi's I have Title Offices in Conroe and Montgomery for a $25 room fee.
