As a smart worker, I take pride in having great interpersonal skills. I studied 90 hours at The University of Oklahoma, before I decided to take my skills to a more concrete workplace though health insurance. I learned how to balance soft skills with hard skills through years of experience as a Licensed Insurance Agent. I acquired skills such as active listening, organization, and clear written and verbal communication.
