-property management (tenant applications, ID and reference verification, completing credit checks, preparation of a variety of documents)
-property maintenance
-renovations of rental units and properties for sale
-land surveying
-construction of a house (preparing building plan package, all construction, managing additional trades on site)

I strive to ensure clients receive exceptional customer service and that all assignments are completed accurately and on time. I am available every day from 7 am to 10 pm. I serve the counties of Tarrant, Dallas and Denton.
