I have been in real estate since 2011. I speak both English and Spanish to assist and guide my signers through the signing. I travel with a 100 page scanner and have 4 locations for law office and title companies to rent room for $50 if needed. I now have a law office in my building, so after hours and Saturdays now work to assist you and I . I service/travel to places in the country sometimes. I prefer having documents at the minimum of 2 hours before, but a day before is nicer. I have done them with an hour's notice but depends on the drive.
