I have been in real estate since 2011. So as a Broker, I know the importance of documents having to be acknowledged and am used to checking for errors possibly being missed to return promptly to who needs them. I speak both English and Spanish to assist and guide my signers through the signing. I have a local office where I am ready to print and have two 100 page scanners, one to sit in my office and one to travel to scan from the car. Title room or lawyer's room is $50, I now have a law office in my building, so after hours and Saturdays now work . I service/travel to places in the country sometimes. I prefer having documents at the minimum of 2 hours before, but a day before is nicer. I have done them with an hour's notice but depends on the drive..
