• Immediately schedule closing with client
• Verify identity of signers
• Administer Oath
• Provide borrower(s) with a printed copy of documents (not double sided or emailed)
• Follow instructions thoroughly
• Record signers in notary journal (only borrowers on the note)
• Provide scan backs via my mobile scanner as per instructions and On Time
• Fill out and sign Patriot Act

I never force the signer to sign documents or provide legal advice
I take all required annual training for Notary Publics and Signing Agents
