I have only been signing for a year, but i grew up in a closing room (my mother has been an escrow officer my whole life). I enjoy being able to personalize every closing to ensure it is done smooth and efficiently. I am knowledgeable with all docs such as refi, hard money, cash or equity signings. I am also willing to hand deliver documents in certain circumstances.
