I am a Signing agent who is a notary public, that works with the loan documents, obtaining and notarizing documents with the purpose of closing the loan transactions (especially real estate loans). I traveled to borrower's homes or office or specified locations to complete loan documents for real estate, refinancing and modifications. I perform duties properly and ethically, maintain proper procedures, files and regulations. I perform these duties while safeguarding the borrowers' private financial information. I am prompt and return loan package back to lender in a timely manner.
