Having a real estate background has added to my knowledge of many loan types, and what is expected from title companies/escrow officers. I have experience with purchases, refinances, HELOCs, remote online notary transactions (RONs) and more. I strive to always make it to appointments on time, get the documents scanned back as soon as possible, and make the final pickup for overnight return.
I love what I do and find joy in serving and meeting new people (in my local community, nationally or internationally). I service not only Brazoria County, but the counties of Fort Bend, Harris and all surrounding areas. To always have access to a RON platform, I use BlueNotary, eNotary Log, Notarize, OneNotary and Pactima. In addition to normal signing agent hours, I am available to perform RON signings Monday - Friday (24 hrs) and Saturdays 6:00am - 3:00pm.
