I commit to:
• If you call me during business hours, I will answer unless I am with a client
• If you text or email me, I will respond. The exceptions would be if I am with a client, but I will contact you asap
• Arrive to appointments on time
• Will not provide legal advice
• Contact signer if I am running late
• Will not print docs double-sided
• Will provide the signer(s) with their own set of copies
• Will scan back as requested
• Will work at the signer's pace
• Complete all notarizations at the signing
• Make sure to witness the signer before notarizing
• Drop off docs on time for next day delivery for all closings finished before 4 pm
• If I make a mistake, I will take care of it immediately
