Hello, my name is DaLoria Mondesir, and I am a Certified Loan Signing Agent serving the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Counties included are Collin, Dallas, Denton, and Tarrant. I am NNA Certified, Bonded and Insured. I have completed my excellent loan signing training through the Loan Signing System created by Mark Wills, as well as Notary Essentials through the NNA.

I am a newly licensed Realtor in Texas, and I have held my Realtor license in California since 2000. I was also licensed in Iowa in 1997. Thanks to my background in real estate sales, I am knowledgeable and detail oriented. I bring experience, knowledge, and a willingness to serve to the table. I enjoy assisting people in the dream of home ownership, and this will be an extension of my real estate services.

In regard to being a LSA, I meticulously review every page in order to guide the signer through the documentation. I am very thorough in giving a general description of the document, as well as making sure the paperwork is properly filled out. I am efficient in gathering all needed initials, signatures, and dates. I triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and the 1003 to ensure they are filled in properly. If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I’m doing and fix it as soon as possible. Docs will be returned promptly via FedEx/UPS, or if time allows, I will be happy to hand deliver the documents personally. I will keep you informed throughout the entire process.
