I am a professional certified loan signing agent in the DFW Metroplex area servicing Dallas, Collin, Denton, & Tarrant Counties with availability 24 hrs. / 7 days a week and very flexible.

Because I am NNA certified, LSS certified and attend weekly training sessions, I am fully versed and educated on all real estate documents, terminology, and understand all lending transactions, (i.e. HELOC, Reverse Mortgage, Purchase Loans, Sellers Packages, and Mortgage Refinances)

I understand and know how to guide borrowers on how to complete PCOR, Trust Certifications, Statement of Information, and Disbursement Proceeds.

I know how delayed documents and errors can affect loan funding, so I make sure to get all documents completed accurately the first time. I double check all signature, dates, and signatures on all documents. I have the ability to prioritize and ensure all documents are complete, accurate, signed and notarized according to regulatory standards.

I have worked with signing agents over the past 20 years in the financial industry of lending, credit analytics, and debt resolution and has had the responsibility of verify accuracy to finalize loan funding and closing.

Prior to my recent accomplishment of becoming a full time independent Life and Health Insurance Broker, and certified signing agent, I have served as a Director of Operations, Corporate Controller for the last 15 years and developed processes and procedures for multiple business models including a lending company established in 2015.
