I now have the Preferred Notary status with the NNA making a 86.67% on my exam.
I cover the following counties: Rockwall, Hunt, Delta, Rains, North East Collin, and Fannin county. I also cover Mesquite and Garland area in the daytime. In addition let me add that I also do onsite visual inspections for mobile homes as to condition and SOL's for the paperwork. I travel to hospitals and nursing homes. I do all type of real estate transactions as far as sell/purchase REO, RESPAS,HELOC etc.. I do process serving as well as courier/notary for attorney, etc...
