I am a retired Lender with 22 years as a Residential Loan Officer, Sales Manager and Branch Manager. Knowledgeable of the Closings Docs and procedures. I am willing to travel up to an hour so that pretty much covers most of DFW. I do have a mobile laser printer/scanner so I can get scanned docs back for funding same day. I do carry a laptop and a hot spot so I can typically scan back docs while the ink is still drying on the signed originals.
