Hiring me for your signing will ensure the borrower has a positive experience. I go over each document to ensure signatures, dates, and initials are properly filled out. I also triple-check key documents such as The Notice Right to Cancel and the 1003. On the rare occasion, a mistake is made, I will fix the issue ASAP. The documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete (I know all my local FedEx drop-off times), and I will keep you informed throughout the process.
