I pay attention to the following details during the entire loan closing process.
This includes:
* Borrower(s) given a printed copy (not double side printed or emailed)
* Scans of docs provided when requested
* Administration of Oath
* Only borrowers sign the NOTE
* Signers recorded in logbook
* Notarizations performed in-person and RON
* Respect for signers' culture
* Fill out and signing Patriot ACT
* All docs shipped out on time

I will perform closings outside of traditional working hours and on weekends. Also, I will meet the customer at a location that is comfortable for them (home, library, church).
