As a notary signing agent representing your company. I will confirm the appointment with the signer(s) immediately following receipt of the assignment. I will follow signing instructions included in the package. If scan backs are required for the assignment I will provide the scan backs per the signing instructions, if there is a problem I will communucate any issues that come up with the scheduler. I drop documents at FedEx or UPS per signing instructions for all signing done prior to last pick up, if there are any issues I will communicate with scheduler. I will keep the signer(s) informed of any changes which may impact the appointment time, e.g. changes to the documents, weather or traffic. When I meet with the signer(s) I will be dressed in business casual attire appropriate for the signing. I will provide the signer(s) with a full copy of the loan packet for their receords (I will not print documents double sided). I will not rush the signer(s) through the loan package, I will give them time to review documents and ask any questions they may have regarding the loan package. I am a professional who prides himself on being punctual, trustworthy, honest, efficient and thorough. I am very open to early morning signings (5:00AM). I will take any late night signings on Friday and Saturday evening.
