Therefore, I strive to throughly cover all documents with borrower (s) ensuing that all signatures, dates, initials and forms are executed. I also double check all pertinent documents are filled out properly such as Notice of Right to Cancel and PCORs. In the event that an error occurs, I will immediately correct the issue.
