I am a notary with over 20 years of experience, passing the Signing Agent exam in February 2018. I am insured and bonded. I have performed notarial acts for real estate transactions, power of attorney, identity proofing, and wills, just to mention a few. I take pride in arriving on time to my appointments, my attention to detail and thoroughly checking all documents before leaving the signing. I have worked with several signing agencies and law firms. I prefer to stay within Fort Bend County (Richmond, Rosenberg, Needville, Fairchild, Guy - to name a few cities) and will consider other locations depending on the distance. I currently cannot do signings after dark. I look forward to serving all your notary needs.
