One thing about me is when I meet clients, I dress professionally as a representation to the client who place their trust in me. I'm a stickler for punctuality and I do arrive promptly. My motto is "If you're early, you're on time. If you're on time, you're late, and if you're late, well, it's NOT an option." I always prep my documents beforehand to ensure I do not miss a page for signature(s), initial(s) or notary before meeting the borrower(s). With my strong analytical skills, I always do a 1 minute prep about the signing process to the borrower/co-borrower and what I am not authorized to do beyond the general description of the document and approximately how long the signing process should take. Once signing is completed, I double-check to ensure all pre-flagged pages have been signed/notarized. I GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!! I am NNA certified -- background checked, insured ($100K) and bonded. I'm very meticulous, detailed-oriented, and dependable. I give every client the "white-glove" treatment -- with respect and dignity. My hours are usually by appointment only, but I will work with you if available outside of my normal business hours.
