As a mortgage loan officer myself, I understand the importance of getting all documents signed and filled out correctly and in a timely manner to ensure all funding conditions are met. I know how to correctly complete Preliminary Change or Ownership Reports, Trust Certifications, and Notices of Right to Cancel, in addition to making sure all documents in the loan package are completed. Although I am extremely thorough and detailed in making sure all signatures, initials, and stamps are done, I know that if a mistake is made, it needs to be corrected immediately. I know all of my local UPS/FedEx drop off times and always make sure docs are returned as quickly as possible.
