I carefully go over each document to ensure signatures, initials and dates are properly filled out. This includes documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003.

It is a priority of mine to return documents on time as soon as the signing is complete (I am aware of local FedEx drop off times).

Lastly, if on a rare occasion a mistake is made, I will immediately quit what I am doing and fix it for you.
